LocalKit

Terms of Use

These terms describe the basic rules for using LocalKit and its browser-based tools.

Using LocalKit

LocalKit provides free browser-based tools for file preparation tasks such as image resizing. You are responsible for the files you choose to process and for confirming that the output is suitable before you use or share it.

Your Files

You keep all rights to your files. LocalKit does not claim ownership of files you process. Because processing happens in your browser, you should keep your own backups of original files and generated results.

Acceptable Use

Do not use LocalKit to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or process content you are not allowed to use. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the site.

No Warranty

LocalKit is provided as is, without warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. We may change, pause, or remove tools at any time.

Third-Party Services

LocalKit may include links, analytics, advertising, or hosting services provided by third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
